Voting Question: PLS HELP!!!!!!!! LAND LAW QUESTION?
Could anyone throw me light on this land law question? I am particularly confused about Andrea’s right in relation to the donkeys, as well as to whether the one month’s notice can case B&C’s various recreational pursuits in Redlands? THANKS!!
Anthea was the registered proprietor of the freehold title to Redlands, an extensive property comprising a large private residence and three surrounding paddocks. Barry and Colin are the registered proprietors of immediately neighbouring freehold properties. Anthea had always feared that the land around Redlands might be developed as a housing estate by some large construction firm, with a consequent loss of privacy and amenity for her property. In 2004 Anthea therefore reached separate agreements with Barry and Colin, each agreement being contained in an exchange of correspondence. In these agreements Barry and Colin promised never to dispose of their respective registered titles to a corporate developer. In return Anthea undertook that Barry, a golfing enthusiast, could use one of the paddocks in Redlands as a practice driving range. With Anthea‟s permission Barry later constructed a small shed on the paddock in which to store his golfing equipment. At the same time Anthea agreed that Colin, a keen oarsman, could have an exclusive right to row on the lake which was situated in another of the paddocks. Anthea, a devoted animal lover, had long been accustomed to use the third paddock as a refuge for some abandoned donkeys.
In 2006 Anthea was suddenly relocated to Hong Kong by the company for which she worked. She therefore decided to retain her private residence in Redlands as an English base, whilst selling off the surrounding paddocks. In a transaction which was largely driven by the speed of her changed circumstances, she transferred title to the three paddocks to Ferdinand for rather less than their true market value. Anthea managed, however, to extract from Ferdinand an undertaking that he would hold his newly acquired registered title subject to such entitlements as Barry and Colin might have. Anthea learned last month that Ferdinand is now planning to sell the three paddocks to a corporate developer, Grotlands plc, for the construction of a housing estate. Grotlands plc has given Barry and Colin one month‟s notice to cease their various recreational pursuits in Redlands and is threatening to send Anthea‟s donkeys to the knacker‟s yard.
Advise Anthea.

Resolved Question: dreamt this, now you figure it out?
I dreamt my brother was buying a house. It was old and moldy. He was going in it to change clothes before it was ready to inhabit, but he had nowhere else(divorcing)
I said I wanted to see it too and he warned me that it was “haunted”. I said that was even better.
We went in and it was smaller than I imagined, but then I found a corridor and found a huge room, the size of a ballroom. Past that there were some smaller rooms where somebody had croaked.
Anyway, I went outside and found a detached building(the property seemed to be growing) that was in disrepair. But it had potential as a bed and breakfast.
By now the property was huge and there was a private lake and lots of parking. The “ballroom” could maybe be used, as a ballroom for functions.
Some old curator I saw as we were leaving. It was very windy and I was yelling at him, that the place was “meadow grade” (to me meaning; fixable) He kept saying “what?!”, because the wind was really blasting now and he was pretty far away. So I kept yelling, “It’s meadow grade!”
Of course there’s no such thing as “meadow grade” (i looked)
Then as I woke there was this eery melody in Dm playing in my head. I can still hear it.
savy`that makes some sense because my sis was standing with me in the wind for some reason.
