Resolved Question: what does MEXICO do with their illegals?
1. If you migrate to this county, you must speak the native language

2. You have to be a professional or an investor. No unskilled workers
allowed.

3. There will be no special bilingual programs in the schools, no
special ballots for elections, all government business will be
conducted
in our language.

4. Foreigners will NOT have the right to vote no matter how long they
are here.

5 Foreigners will NEVER be able to hold political office.

6. Foreigners will not be a burden to the taxpayers. No welfare, no
food
stamps, no health care, or other government assistance programs.

7. Foreigners can invest in this country, but it must be an amount
equal to 40,000 times the daily minimum wage.

8. If foreigners do come and want to buy land that will be okay, BUT
options will be restricted. You are not allowed waterfront property.
That is reserved for citizens naturally born into this country.

9. Foreigners may not protest; no demonstrations, no waving a foreign
flag, no political organizing, no badmouthing our president or his
policies, if you do you will be sent home.

10. If you do come to this country illegally, you will be hunted down
and sent straight to jail.

Harsh, you say? The above laws belong to the immigration laws of
MEXICO!

Emulating Mexico

Troops to our borders, eminent legislators? Instead send our troops to hunt the marching felons down, pistol-whip them and rob them. Any women amongst them would get fondled or raped for good measure. THEN our troops would cart these people to the border and dump them back in their home country. The more fortunate ones would be simply fleeced and dumped in jails for weeks or months – NOT released pending a hearing, as in the U.S.

After all, this is Mexico’s own policy on illegal immigrants. Ask the thousands of Guatemalans who – nursing their hickeys and fumbling through their empty pockets – recount getting robbed, pistol-whipped and raped by Mexican authorities as they tried to make their way through the country. And those are the lucky ones – the ones who weren’t shot.

“At night, you hear the gunshots,” Mexican national Virginia Sanchez was quoted in a recent AP story, “and it’s the judiciales [Mexican state police] chasing the migrants.”

“If you’re carrying any money, they take it from you,” said Guatemalan migrant Carlos Lopez in the same story, “federal, state, local police, all of them.” Lopez had been shaken down repeatedly in 15 days of traveling through Mexico. “The extortion occurs at every stop in Mexico, until migrants are left penniless and begging for food.”

“If you’re on a bus, they pull you off and search your pockets, and if you have any money,” added El Salvadoran migrant Jose Ramos, “they keep it all and say, ‘Get out of here!’”

Not that the Mexican constitution mandates raping, robbery, pistol-whipping and target practice on migrants. But it does brand every illegal entrant through its borders as a felon, period. And anyone who expects a Mexican police official to be hauled up for pistol-whipping a migrant (as officers Powell and Koon were hauled up for pummeling Rodney King) probably also believes Cuba has free and exquisite health care.

The Mexican constitution also forbids non-citizens from engaging in politics in any manner whatsoever. This applies especially to outrages like marches and demonstrations. Columnist Allan Wall, who resides in Mexico, reports that in May of 2002, 18 Americans – though holding perfectly legal Mexican visas – were unceremoniously booted out of Mexico. “And stay out!” yelled the Mexican immigration authorities while shaking their fists.

The Americans’ crime? Why, the arrogant Gringo scoundrels participated in a May Day march in Mexico City! The demonstration was held on May 1. Mexican immigration police – the very ones represented by all those flags proudly waving last May Day on American soil – rounded up and booted out the offending Americans on May 2.

Mexico Welcomes Cubans

Just last week Mexico booted out 57 desperate Cuban refugees who had landed on Yucatan shores in February. (That’s Cubans clamoring to enter Mexico! More damning proof of the pesthole Castro and Che made of Cuba would be impossible to imagine.) As reported by Cubanet, one of these refugees, Amaury Hernandez, related an interesting datum (clandestinely) by phone:

“The Mexican authorities told us that if we each paid $500, they’d hold us for 90 days, then set us free,” Mr. Hernandez reported.

Instead, after 90 days they were shipped back to Cuba. More ominously, back in Cuba Mr. Hernandez’s wife had received an impromptu visit by Castro’s secret police shortly after Amaury’s group made Mexican landfall. “Tell your husband,” snickered the Castro goon, “that we’ll soon have him in our hands.”

The chumminess between Mexico’s “public servants” and Castro’s regime is an old story. In the early months of Castro’s rule, C

Resolved Question: If Liberals Love the Sanford and Ensign Scandals, Dont You Think They Would Love These?
While the state-run media continues to hammer Sen. Ensign on his affair, here are a few of the real crimes you won’t hear about:

** Rep. John Conyers’ (D-MI) wife Monica was convicted on bribery charges. An associate also implicated Rep. Conyers and Senator Stabenow (D-MI) in the crimes. The state-run media hasn’t touched this.

** The jury in Rep. Jefferson’s (D-LA)criminal case saw tape this week of him accepting bribes and were handed photos of his frozen cold cash this week.

** Mr. John Harris pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud this week. He pledged to cooporate with prosecutors in the investigation of former Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D-IL) in exchange for the lenient sentence.

** Criminal accusations against Senator Dodd (D-Conn.)continue. Dodd has not been straightforward about the value of his 10-acre waterfront home in Ireland. Since 2002 he listed the value of the home at $250,000. In February his office changed that to $127,000. In March, Dodd told The Hartford Current he paid $177,000 for the home. In May he told Newsweek he paid $207,000. Acording to the senator’s most recent financial disclosure form, the cottage is actually worth $658,000.

** Rep. John Murtha (D-PA) has come under scrutiny as more defense contractors associated with him are being investigated. This time the names include Mountaintop Technologies which received $10 million in earmarks and Kuchera Industries which got $9 million in earmarks in 2008. The Pennsylvania representative allegedly used his seniority and position on the U.S. House Appropriations committee to secure the earmarks that he passed on to companies with whom he had relationships. Donations from executives of Mountaintop to Murtha’s campaigns amounted to $40,200 while employees of Kuchera kicked in $89,000.

** Several members of the Congressional Black Caucus (Dems) are under investigation for taking an illegal trip to Cuba where these members sucked up to Fidel Castro.

** The House ethics committee opened an inquiry into whether Caribbean trips taken by Representative Charles Rangel violated House gift rules.

** Sen. Inouye (D-Hawaii) acts on behalf of a constituent, who turns out to be in large part himself (a troubled bank in which his ownership share makes up ‘the bulk of his personal wealth’), via Instapundit. The media is silent.

** The House so far has ignored Rep. Jesse L. Jackson Jr. of Illinois over his reported effort to persuade ousted Illinois Gov. Rod R. Blagojevich to appoint him to fill President Obama’s former Senate seat.

** And, there’s also Speaker Pelosi who lied about her knowlege of waterboarding and then charged the CIA with lying.

These are just a few of ths stories you may have missed.

Resolved Question: Term Life Insurances-Insurance Law?
Hi I was wondering if you would be able to look at a brief summary of my family situation and give me some suggestions.I want to get insurance but can u recomment some changes in what I presently have. I thank you.
I am married and have 3 childern (ages 9, 12, and 16) I just bought a waterfront home which is valued at 500,000 with a 300,000 mortgage. My jewrely is about 10,000. We have 3 cars a 2004 BMW, a 2002 Lexus and 1997 Jeep Wrangler. My husband works at a large manufacturing firm and earns about 125 K. I run a day care center from my home and earn about 45K. I don’t have any employees.
My kids all go to private school – which costs me about 25 a year. We honestly have no savings or investments and almost no discretionary income at the end of the month. ( which is a main reason I am writing this!)
I met with a financial planner and they suggested on purchasing a 50,000 variable life policy for each of us as an investement. I think i am worried about the high vost of these policies
This is what is presently covered
property risks
Ho3 with no endorsements or riders, dwelling 300,000, liability 100,000, medical payments 2500/person, uninsured/underinsured motorist 100,000,collision and other than collision (100 deductible)
Personal risks:
Life – my husband employer paid group term 50,000, we both have 50,000 universal life policy
disability – mr. murphy – employer paid group policy (LTD with a 90 day wait with benefits to age 65) I have no coverage
Medical: My husband – employer paid Major Medical (family plan) myself – i have an individual plan and still pay premiums

I thank you for whatever you can give me!!
