Resolved Question: if my street flooded last night….?
& i have 3 feet of water out front of my house will i have to pay extra taxes for part time lake front property?
Voting Question: Can a private lake association be sued for damage to a vehicle for not maintaing Roads?
I have property at a private lake and the assesments are suppose to be for the roads and yet nothing is being done to them. You cannot drive on the roads without hitting potholes and recently the front end of both my wife’s and My vehicles have went bad and now I have to get them both fixed. Is there anything I can do?
Resolved Question: I need tanning advice?
I really need to tan before graduation.
I want to tan, but I do not have a car to get to the lake, and I just feel to awkward to tan in my yard. The only yard on my property that gets sunlight is out in the open. As in everyone could see me. And I am not exactly confident about my figure, i am extremely skinny.
What should I do?
I do not like to tan in front of people, unless it is the norm i.e. the beach.
1. my back yard is 100% shade.
2. The last time i used a self-tanner, it was an orange streaky nightmare.
3. I will not use a tanning bed, because they are scary.
Plus, I do not have a ride to get to a tanning salon or CVS.

Why is it that “lake front” property is so valuable in Florida? It should be called “retention pond front” property.
